So I contacted The Lisa Project (Little Italy Street Art Project) before going to New York to see if someone could take me on a tour. When I got there I met Wayne at his “office” in Little Italy and we instantly hit it off. We spent a few hours together walking the streets and seeing all the awesome pieces they have organised. He then invited me to a paint up with two of New York’s legendary graffiti artists from the eighties – Crash and Daze. These two artists were involved in the City as Canvas exhibition, curated by Sean Corcoran at the Museum of the City of New York and both showed they still have the skills to create killer work on the streets….
